I am also unable to connect from the US - login server is marked orange and connect button is grey. Interestingly, the web server is marked red, which usually mean it's down... and yet I am posting here. I blame the Changer of Ways...

I'm getting the same error here too.
I'm NA region - Red Web Server - Yellow Login Server

The SSL certificate has just expired.
Change the date on your computer to yesterday, and you will be able to log-in.
