After plvling someone 4, 6, even 7 times, you just don't want to do it again even if he is a guildie. At least that's my guess.

I dunno, I tend to help anyone as long as they ask me for the help. Especially these days I have to force myself to actually log into my T4 toons, so playing with a friend even if its just to PL them is fine with me. As long as they give me a cut of the salvaging prophet lol
