Doesn't it make sense that anyone who would debolster to a lower level be able to do so at the highest level for that tier with access to the higher/est level equipment to boot.

They worked to get to that point and shouldn't be punished for their progress. They should have the same access (not less) to things as anyone at the level cap in the tier.

You could argue it would be unbalanced, but twinked t1's can't solo groups, and both sides would have twinked characters. Not to mention to perfectly twink a character out would still require them to farm everything for it + the constant cost of respecing.

Do you still gain xp or anything when debolstered? I recently hit lvl 12 and lost all desire to play when I moved into the next bracket that has nobody playing. Queued for a SC for 45 minutes and nothing... ran around the keeps in open rvr and nothing...

I leveled 1-11 in SC's and rvr pretty exclusively, but if I have to solo pve to 40 then I'm done. Guess thats what I get for being west coast NA where pop is like 150-200 at prime time

The Item Level requirement is Item Level, not the actual Level you can equip it.

I find this confuses people often =)
