You got another computer to try the client on? At least, if it launches the game it will do, until the server is online to play.

Right click on the luncher.exe and try run as an administrator.

No other PC available at home now no :(...im just baffled as to why it worked right away a couple months ago and now (havent changed anything on pc since settings-wise) it just does this...

I have determined that its a .net framework error. however, disabling the newest version and trying to roll back has not helped. At the time my only option is to reinstall windows...guess im going to stick with 7 and not upgrade to 10...
