This is when I launch as Admin.
I hope this is sufficient. I'm just learning Wireshark so you might have to guide me

If you haven't saved the pcap you can still take another one right now aslong this webserver is up. Don't need the game server to be online. The screenshot already shows what I think is happening but I need the whole thing before doing a proper analysis.

Having issues as well, one thing I'm observing is that the connect button is lit when the launcher 1st comes up, then I select connect and get the following error:
Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 178.32.58.46:8000
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAddress[] addresses, Int32 port)
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(String host, Int32 port)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Connect()
Trying to "spam" the launcher doesn't work because it looks like I can only attempt to connect every few minutes, else the Login Server is yellow instead of green (I assume this is somehow related to the anti-DDoS effort?)

The server is OFFLINE

I was just thinking that
For the first time since starting this topic the Web Server is now
Green (instead of
Red) and Login is
Red (instead of
yellow).
Obviously the Login is down, but I was surprised when I came home tonight and saw the Web server change.

I don't need wireshark screenshots, I need the actual pcap file.
The Login Server being down doesn't matter. I'll explain it once I have the things I requested.

Stop your fixation on the colours of the boxes at the launcher. They lie. Its Bughammer. Check server status on the main homepage, join the irc channel, or check if population is changing. This will tell you much more than the colours of the boxes.

It's apparent that you are mildly frustrated about the posts about the server status that keeps popping up. I also see that you are trying to help by directing us towards the server status page.
However if you take some time and look at the first post you can clearly see that this thread "IS" somewhat about the colors of the boxes as they have stayed the same colors for a few people even thou the login server/main server/page has all ben populated and up. Recently the boxes changed colors and that is a good sign for us few. Hence the thread has gained some activity to try and not make new threads about the same issue.
