That post dont have much to do with this... I also see zero reason why this wouldnt be allowed. Its allowed in any other game ever created.... Whats wrong with it?

Reason I posted was i saw Ryan's post about moving mobs spread out : p. Maybe they don't want ppl xp farming mobs. Eso tried to make pwr lvling hard by nerfing mobs multiple times. It happens bud.

I understand their point on not enabling Pleveing through PvP by farming empty stuff. But PvE ? Players can always farm random mobs or PQ.

Even solo, without level 40s help, anyone can get to T4 (rank 30-35) in 15-20 hours except maybe BW. Then ruin farm to 40 + epic quest for weapons and you're good to go.

@Jaycub : Cinderfel is nice, but I like the KV spot better (in front of chapter 15). With a L40 engie doing the killing, you can get 40k+ xp every 3 minutes. There's 17 easily accessible champs there. And its really close to the flight master, so no mumbojumbo avoiding mobs to get there.

It's just because at this point in my warhammer online experience I am totally and utterly disinterested in setting foot in t1-3. I've done it a million times and so have many others. I just want to get to endgame as fast as possible so my character is "competitive" with the least amount of time invested.

T1-3 is just a really drawn out tutorial where in the grand scheme of things anything you do there doesn't amount to anything. The lower tiers are also really hit and miss fun wise, I think a lot of people like it because it's easier to **** on people when you are twinked out on the higher end of the tier level bracket, that's just not my thing though.

So finding the most efficient spot to get 1-32 done and over with is extremely important. Especially on this server where multiboxing is banned :^). So not only are you wasting hours of your time, but you also have to have someone else waste theirs solely for your gain.

Pretty sure he was just making a joke.. But I dunno him personally... 2 weeks and all that...

PL is fine, as long both as the person being PLd and the person/people doing the PL are actually there and separate entities.

p.s. TW smells

I would love to know this too. It's taking me a long time to level with doing only quests as a warrior priest.

The only real reason leveling takes so long on mmos is to make people spend as much time (and money) as possible on the game (and as well give some people the feel of being "elite" and "gods" compared to people who didin't spend as much money and or time as they did). As this is isn't being run by a big company anymore and isn't making profit, I don't see why it still takes just as long.

Would love to see them increase the xp rate abit, maybe twice as much or something. I don't have the time to spend hours and hours being bored, walking to npcs, accepting quests, killing some things, returning to npc, and repeating for hours and hours with the sole purpose of getting to max level to actually start playing the game and actually start having fun.

It's fine if people actually enjoy the leveling in mmo games, but I don't, not one bit. I think the one and only mmo that I had some kind of fun leveling up was Guild Wars 2, and only because I did a large portion of it with a friend, some of the quests were actually interesting and fun, and most of all it was pretty quick, reached max rank in 2 weeks, you just walk to an area, you're given the quest, you do it, and are given awards immediately.

Honestly, I just want to pvp. I want to fight alongside and against hundreds of players in a warhammer setting, playing as warhammer characters.

Complaining about levelling from someone who is bored of doing it over and over with different characters is one thing but when you are new i don't see a problem with the levelling speed. Just killing mobs it only took me 2 days to level through T2 and T3 as a defensive specced sword and board KotBS which isn't exactly fast at killing, a warrior priest can level faster just by spamming Smite.

Personally i think it shouldn't be sped up, at least not for a first toon. There's nothing worse in PvP games than ending up in teams that don't have a clue how to play their character or how any of the game works.

In my opinion, this is why there are more destro players then Order. They can practically level 1-40 in IC. Order has nothing like that in Altdorf.

Maybe opening the sewer instances in Altdorf will help. I would like to be able to power level as well. I have leveled through questing and rvr,PvP on couple of toons, that is boring now for other toons.

Or remove IC power leveling spots to balance it out.

Frankly, if its your first, or even second character the level speed is fine. You need it to be slower to learn the game mechanics as they take a while to figure out how your class and its abilities fit into the larger group picture.

Good news is, you can 100% level from PVP! So you dont need to do questing. Also, questing in this game isnt as rewarding as in others, your better off grinding mobs, which is boring, which IMO is only good to do inbetween PVP pops. So thats what you should do. Find a good grind spot, post up, kill a few mobs while que-d for pvp and then PVP your way to tier 4.

Anytype of "powerleveling" should only be done after youve spent enough time in the game to know a TON about classes and rolls... otherwise your doing yourself and everyone you play with, a disservice so please dont "rush it" to max level. Thats the beauty about WAR though is lower tier PVP is a ton of fun, RvR too, and trying to push to max level isnt important. There isnt like a "massive" grind at max level for stuff either as you can get geared from PQs/Lair bosses easily, Epic weapon quests are easy, and then you can be reasonably geared within a few good days of playing.... So enjoy the JOURNEY man. Unless youve done the journey 3 or 4 times, you shouldnt be worried about it.
