how do you expect to win a war against cowardice and xreaml, when some of our ilustruous members use this signatures: (some examples)

with all the respect i dont think you can win against the x-realm "pride"

Realm pride has never existed on this server, and it died on live as soon as devs turned city seiges into cheap whores.

The people you listed play whichever side is going to give them the best fight not swapping realms for easy bags lmao.

Which is why attacking a keep needs to be MASSIVELY more profitable than defending.

Quite often people already flock to defending due to a much higher chance at AAO. You rarely will ever see AAO for the offense, thats suicide.

So it seems to me, AAO IS the "defensive" reward...


Im not complaining at this, just a mere observation, it seems to me that tier 3 pvp was much more active/fun than what we have now. I am not quite sure what to attribute to that, but when I think back to all the countless hours I spent in High Pass, I have A LOT of fun (on both sides!) in that + Talabec... Both defending and offense on both keeps!

In tier 4, its almost like there are too many keeps to attack, so its spread out too much. Then when you do get to a keep, ranged DPS has a field day with keeping people at bay from attacking the doors (I recall not being able to hit the melee hitting the door on my BW on defense?) Even if you DO get the door down, AoE ranged nuke the small door you have to fit through and defense just has such a massive upper hand....

Then people get sick of not doing anything after 30 minutes, Xrealm to defense for the D-tick and then zerg rush the remaining offense.

Just brainstorming a few suggestions:
1) Increase the amount of damage/kills required to get D-ticks.
2) Is it possible to also provide like "half-credit" to the offensive team based on how low they get doors? Kinda like how in SCs if you get 300 points but lose to the enemy who got 500, you still get half the emblems? This might give cause to stay on your initial side?
3) Maybe im just in bad WBs but it seems like melee get such a short end of the stick in RvR. On defense you do nothing and on offense you bum rush a door and get nuked by ranged AoE... I dont know the solution there frankly...

X realmer or not 3 Days on TM keep and order lose all days to take it INQUISITOR BEAVERS FUREUR CCM what else ? No fear we just saw your dead bodies on the floor. Because you cant almost take nothing on orvr on top time.

I m agree whit some for talk about this Lock timer. Yeah you r right you can make another account but ! You need to Build a new toon lvl 1 to lvl 40 geared etc etc and maybe play whit this account can be a desadvantage or a bored thing for some . So make a lock timer for around 4-8 hours can be a nice thing to test.

Some are right when destro trying to attack an order keep when order are under 60% aao and after 3min destro are under aao losing some wb players hmm hmm ... ( i asking about destro because if destro dont try to move on orvr nothing will happen on orvr)

You mean when people are spamming chat channels with KEEP ATTACK! OUTER DOWN! COME HELP TAKE! ALL ORDER/DESSIE TO XXXX...

No. It has to be Xrealmers. Because if you're not in the lake currently, then you will never enter it right?

Imo, far fewer people active switch sides simply to follow a zerg. There are too many other contributing factors.

It's funny you say that. I was baiting out xrealmers today on order side. I spammed in all caps "WE MOVE TO ATTACK THEIR KEEP IN TM". A solid 10 people promptly left our warband and destro numbers swelled.

You're downplaying it.

Go for it, although it will lead to a failed keep assault. And they're likely to come back if destro pushes you in your keep, in which case the cycle begins again.
