I thought the third faction was staff members.

The biggest issue with adding a 3rd faction would be the design of the map itself. You'd have to completely redesign the RvR maps if you want a 3rd faction anything like the other two.

That said, you could have an asymmetric 3rd "Faction" of Skaven and Vampire Counts who don't take objectives or keeps but just go into the lakes and slaughter indiscriminately. It would take some work to make sure it wasn't a completely ham-fisted implementation, but it's worth experimenting with.

As for what I'd like to see, make a new RvR system that doesn't devolve into throwing more bodies at objectives and keeps than the other side. After that, if the campaign can get some variety ala custom win conditions, that would be excellent.

Well, you're entitled to hold that opinion. I do not share it, but then, I think it's well known that I do not like conservatism for conservatism's sake.

The latter.

Some questions here:

How are you going to change the RvR? Because following the zerg to get flag ticks and sieging undefended castles wasn't exactly fun. And that was because it was more rewarding re-capturing things than holding them.

About balancing: are you more likely to nerf what you think is OP or you prefer to buff other clases to get on par?

Are you going to improve the pet AI? Because right now the poor white lion (the one i've tried) is quite unreliable.

Let's imagine a future scenario where you've already get all you want from the original Warhammer Online (classes, gear, dungeons, ...). Do you plan on introducing new factions and/or classes?

Well, that's all for now :P

Improved upon, let us not kid our self balance in T4 on live was a colossal mess, a large part due ofc to a lot of bugged stuff be it they tactics or abilities or items such as lotd glyphs.

Things like tactics and abilities have already been addressed here; case and point on live mara had a lot of bugged tactics, they are all fixed here and now the class is more "fair".

The plan down the line is that Az will throw open the pearly gates of the balance subfourm where people can make and discuss balance suggests and this forum will be moderated to ensure proper discussion and prevent stuff your normally see in balance discussion such as insults, straw-man arguments and thing of such nature

The only question that remains is when the forums will be opened

*Az please were in T4 now*
