From what I have seen and been told. The T4 zone bosses like Caledor, and Chaos Wastes are kill able but do not drop any loot yet. I would assume this is the same for any other of the T4 zone lairs.

Not sure, when we tried pulling him, we werent even a full group, just pulled him for fun, we tried looking at other heros but their doors were locked due to mechanics not fully working
