My opinion on this thread is slightly divided...

One the one hand the fist posts suggest this is a troll thread.
A lot of little things point that way includeing the seemingly total lack of gratitude for what the devs actually do - provide a full grown game for free with numerous hours of work from their spare time.
Seriously you "request" - why did you not demand it outright?
As a probably higher number of players you seem to think that PvP is the ONLY thing this game is and is supposed to be about.
You can think whatever you want but you may try not to make everyone have your cup of tea.
Additionally for this side of the medal you seem to assume snipping fingers will create all the things you just mentioned.

This gets me to the other side...
I actually tend to see you did put some thought in your ideas and while most of the content is not what I would like to see I can very well imagine similar things.
For example an Empire Rifleman and/or Archer/Hunter Class - diversity is a great thing and given the fact that devs can actually do whatever they see fit I would be more than happy to see any kind of new content includeing classes or even races.
But it is pretty clear that this is not going to happen in the near future due to the sheer amount of work/time it takes to get something the like set up.
Besides there is a lot of content still being worked on that was available on live but is not working yet on RoR.

That's would be a lot of work and a lot of things to figure:

1. They still have a lot to do to have the game working as flawlessly as possible. And that's quite a big challenge, considering that even on live, the game was known to be buggy.

2. MMO are the most ressource consuming genre of video games. You need people to create the gear, the icons, the landscape and everything else. That needs a lot of expertise and a lot of works. Don't forget that they are volunteers and so we can't expect them to work on this for months without doing nothing else.
Take WoW for example. Even with teams in hundreds dedicating all their work time to work on new content, they still spend more than a year on each expansion.

3. There is the legal issue. Games Workshop is known to be very touchy when it comes to their licence. So I don't know if the developers of RoR are in touch with them or if they have some kind of agreement, but if they begin to add new things in the game that would be related to the GW licence, they can have troubles. We are talking about a company which tried to licence the term Space Marines even if they weren't the initial creator of the term.

So adding new things in the game, based on community effort would be amazing. But it's so much work that it seems almost impossible.

No, you can't say request can't be suggestions. My requests also suggestions. And also you are ridiculous.

The difference is a couple million dollars, and an all volunteer staff.
Why would coding cost "million" dollars? That is pointless. :)

Are you kidding? How would a thread which is including request a troll thread? I count as a troll who call troll to this thread. Because they are pointless trash people. Demand outright? What is even that means?

Time is doesn't matter. They can do whenever they want. ;)

I just answer the last part of your matters. Why if they add new content into their servers it would be related to the Games Workshop licence? Those contents are not even relevant with on live because those things didn't even were at on live. And also Game Workshop how would know that contents about Return of Reckoning? Do ya think they play this game or they researching about this server? I think no, they don't do that. So there is no risk about this then unless they do that. ;) And even if they do that they should be happy that some people advancing their universe. ;)

A few patient people tried to explain you why this won't happen anytime soon so I'm locking this.
