CD on granted abilities first (need about 5 or 10 sec cd) all other later, granted armor or heal debuff kinda too strong - shammys never forgive you for that and it's gonna be a shitshtorm.

What i personaly would like to see is:
1. Reduced cd on Embrace the Warp to 1,5-2min. 3min on basically aoe detaunt is huge. Or even better make it 30% instead of 50% dmg reduction but on 1min cd.
2. Absorb shield as some already mentioned. Good thing is, theres no need for new stuff. We already have Veil Of Chaos BUT it cost just too much for kind of questionable benefit, especially for heal specs. The only time i use it is when i see WH stealthing nearby. So again maybe double the absorb so its at least worth casting for a healer, while scaling to pretty good one for those weirdos actually specing witchcraft:P With 10s cd (already in game) i dont think it would be OP at all.
just my 2c

My biggest issue with Z atm, is the amount I have to /reloadui to read my party buffs. Marks shouldn't stack.
Imo, the Ini is the one that counts. Attack/resis are there if you happen to find yourself short a class, or someone doesn't have pots. Making 'em stack would A, drastically increase the amount of time I have to friggin spend trying to buff party-members that wont stand still, and B, possibly lead to even less of a reason to take shammie over Z.
Embrace the Warp isn't an AoE detaunt. An AoE Detaunt as a range of targets it will effect. Embrace straight up gives you free Gaurd. And lower AP cost, 3min cool-down is rough, but that is why you have to use it intelligently.
Now, I am not a great Z player, nor am I a long time Z player. My thoughts on "fixing" the Z would be quite simply to rearrange their Mastery tree's. Either try to swap a few things, or just start from scratch with the same abilities, but build the tree's in Healing, Direct DPS, Hybrid/AoE. The issue isn't the strength of abilities, or availability of them, it's just **** impossible to build your Z at most lvl's.
For me, I would say: Swap Tzeentch's Grip and Transference(so the absorp is actually in the **** tree that has the other absorp abilities...). This open's up quite a few different Hybrid and DPS builds. Doesn't really hinder the healing build, except that people don't get their punt-o-rama.
