Such high stupid numbers as Torment hiting for 4k and EW for 5K wasnt only for doomflayer/WF sets with hidden levels. No I hit that hard regularly before they nerfed doomflayer/warpedforge. It was against lowbies and such but you didn't even need the 10'% from daemon mask you are referencing.

Pretty sure it was with the khorne-event item. (+80 crit dmg I think?)

melee KD (ch/sl) should be 2 sec not 3, that change was an error it was also not in patch note. cant remember if wh/we was also changed. the tooltip shoild be correct anyway, cos the error change didn't also changed the tooltips.

In the last patch on live CC was made universal. ALL single target KDs were made 3 secs.

It was changed I remember every wh cooing about how much stronger it made them. I don't honestly mind the change all it really did was make the solo ganking class a bit better at solo ganking oh and pretty much render their other cc generaly useless. Group wise longer kd had existed for ages so it wasn't really a note worthy change.

choppa KD by tooltips it's 2 sec as it was slayer,any change that in fact happened was and error, and i remember it was also reverted back at sometimes, any patch note change was meant to magus/engi + tanks (as it was discussed on forum and meant at only that). And in fact there was a great discussion when ppl discovered the change the first time as ppl didn't want it. It then later fixed skills tooltips side in 1.4.7 and left that way.

Bad changes as dps always had a 2sec KD and wh/we exit from hide and burst you down was not nice with a 3 sec KD.

someone that play wh/we from more than me said it got changed several time which is why in my first post i stated i dont remember the status of that kd at the time, but im sure to what happened to ch/sl one cos i had choppa, and i discussed in cc change thread on live forum. That change was an error/arbitrary change and not wanted/suggested/needed by anyone.

I think the slayer choppa kd was in fact 2s before the CC patch, when everything got standardized and it got buffed to 3s. Kind of a moot point since it was so long ago, but tesq might not be entirely wrong for once.
