Premade versus pug is a much greater imbalance than archetype mismatch.
If you are looking for an archetype based queueing system, all you really need to do is ensure that there are at least two healers per side in 12v12 scens. Looking for a 2/2/2 balance in pug scens is kind of pointless because most pug tanks don't use Guard or other damage mit or cc abilities effectively, so you might as well have extra dps if that is who are queued.
And while having 2 healers per group would be nice, it isn't really necessary for pug v pug scens and it isn't going to make any difference in pug v premade. I've solo healed scens on my AM with Order having fewer than 5 deaths per scen and seen many other decent healers do the same. If you can get at least one good healer per side on a pug v pug scen, you will have a good scen. Any extra healers are a bonus.

Long story short - SCs are supposed to be imbalanced, more to come in the next weeks thread.

That...hardly makes any sense
cite to me explicitly where it says sc's are intentionally ment to be unbalanced just because something can or could be dosnt mean it should be
I want AZ to implement the que system it would simultaneously address both the lack of healers in sc and 3-4 healer in an sc making it so that no one ever dies issue too
even if it means longer que times even during NA im all for it

Why? Because it's better for the community as a whole. Premades want better fights? Balanced pug groups should give them. Pugs want to not get farmed? Being in balanced groups helps. People complain about lack of heals/tanks? This fixes that issue. There isn't a single argument that can be made for keeping Scs imbalanced aside from "it wasn't like that on live!!". News flash chief, this isn't live. Stuff that was broken is being fixed, Issues addressed, the community being given a say. And what's a good argument why they should be balanced? It's simply not possible with amount of skill/class/debuff/composition discrepancy and other multiple factors.
Pandering to the balance entitled soloQ elite players and their constant whining about not getting heals or guard is the first step to screwing the game, next would be mirroring classes I'm sure of it.
Not every one is all for 6man 2-2-2 meta and most dont even care about that. Where, for example, my kotbs tank, 2 dot bw, manet heal engie, napalm engie and heal am, that I ran for the last two weeks fit?
If its fairness you want, I repeat myself, it is fair for me, doesn't matter solo or grouped, to meet any kind of setup the enemy realm has to put up in a sc and try our hardest to win against it. No real reason to make a safe space for ppl that feel entitled to have a game that balances things for them and quite frankly they would still find a way to blame something for their loss.
