As a high ping player in Australia (260ms - 300ms) I can safely say high ping does not benefit me at all.

I basically cant play melee as I cant hit anyone as they arent there even tho my screen says so.

Also as everyone is abusing the crap out of the lag jump it means people just bounce off into the distance at mount speed.

Playing a ranged toon I get all the negatives with melee hitting me with their 5ft attacks at 40 feet.

Too bad you didn't include the combat log so that we can know which ability specifically he is using. Though this doesn't really look out of the norm for a west coast player such as myself, it still would be nice to see.

Believe it or not... you had to jump in that situation at least once to reset your position on his screen. You don't have to bunny hop necessarily but at least jump once so the server picks up your position adjacent to his.

You can see debuff names on that webm. First attack is D'GN (Don't Go Nowhere), second attack is Slasha.

My 200+ ping is not helping me at all. Single target punts on my tank are useless because the orientation of my tank to target is ALWAYS different than what the graphics display. Its a real crapshoot as to where the target will fly.

When positional MDPS gets on me, my shield is practically useless due to lag. The Graphics do not precisely show where they actually are on me.

I am not complaining about the game, just letting other players know its not an advantage to be really laggy.
