DoK is a noob stomper, perfect for pug scenarios but not much of an use in a premade.
Donno about zealot.
This entire post gave me cancer.

Any advice about how to play with a DoK? Is it neccesary to be in the front always to get energy for healing?
Nope, you're not supposed to stay in front at all because it puts you in a dangerous place. You can do it sometimes so you can spam Essence Lash (lvl 13 ability which gives 15 essence per enemy) but you will put yourself at risk of getting focused.
First thing you need is a chalice, white one gives 2 essence per tick, green one 4, blue one 6, purple one 8 so better quality = more essence.
Below rank 20 you're mostly supposed to throw your HoT (Soul Infusion) ability to everyone and spam your 5s cd direct heal called Khaine's Invigoration. Don't use Restore Essence at all. If you're out of essence use Blood Offering.

His resistance buff doesn't stack with chosen, his AP drain gets disrupted very often and kiting often kills your group. It can work right now but it takes more effort than the others and the result is similar
Most parties would pick zealot over shaman because how good it synergies with DoK.
