If you got like 5mb upload, you can run a bitrate of like 3k.
Optimal is 3.5k.
I run 2.5k cuz i got only 3mb upload and its kinda a bit to high for my upload but meh.

Just did a test on Speedtest.net
56 Download / 11 Upload.
What should i set it to?

Set it to 3.5k bitrate.
Thats the maximum and generally the best quality.
