I'm not sure but I think he said HotbarMorale, it's hard to see dark purple text on a dark grey background . Don't know about Destruction classes but only HE classes on Order sside can use morale.

You have to play to rank 10 either way so what they hay. Chance to try different classes.

Any tips on getting to 10? Most of these mobs seem to only take damage from auto attack...

No way! High elves need morales to be somewhat on par with humans.
A dwarf that fights several greenskins with his bare left hand, while he holds a jug of beer in his right hand and not a single drop is spilled; thats true mastery!
Ever wondered why your (so called) dragon princes have to ride on horses. It's because the mighty slayers killed most of their scaly mounts and the few remaining are to frightened to show 'emselves...

He can hold that jug of beer really well but he can't hold that aggro
