How do you get past rank 10?

I'm not sure but I think he said HotbarMorale, it's hard to see dark purple text on a dark grey background . Don't know about Destruction classes but only HE classes on Order sside can use morale.

No way! High elves need morales to be somewhat on par with humans.
A dwarf that fights several greenskins with his bare left hand, while he holds a jug of beer in his right hand and not a single drop is spilled; thats true mastery!

He can hold that jug of beer really well but he can't hold that aggro
