Although I'd prefer something offensive instead of utility AP stuff.
AP is offensive, no AP = no dmg.
SL/CH are mostly group beasts, as BW/SO. In groups there are a lot of AP regen options.
that again will force certain classes to spec around the SL/CH - not saying a general AP battery in group would be a bad thing - but a simple example is IB/SL. Those two dwarfs are in the same way bff as WL/SM are. And if the fat one wants to support the ginger one properly with AP, he is forced to spec told ya so! Due to the fact how tys works, it requires crit to work properly and what's the easiest way to get crit as a fat dwarf? right! Sweet revenge! What i want to say 2/3 tactic slots are gone for your ginger friend and a lot of potential left on the road. The 5 piece bonus will help yourself to keep up what you can do best, sustained dmg and your group to spec different (maybe even better?).

Now would be a great time to implement a viable dps zealot set. Before you laugh, take a look at our talent trees...its the dps class that never was

Still, Mending. It sucks overall. HP recovery should be increased to at least 80, or swap it with Barrier, Reactionary or Bracing (those who would like to run deffensive solo SL/CH won't go into full rage that often anyways), if that should be an deffensive passive on this set.

Well dps zealot was very fun to gank with prior to harbinger redesign, where you used to have 1 min dot on the target that transferred health to you.

And we had working mark abilities *cough* lol

@spellbreaker always removed absorb morals the same way rampage always ingore defensive morals.
It's write absorb effect which also mean remove absorb effect, not sure about patch note, but spellbreaker in live both removed my tactic and also my lotd weapon proc, quite buggy indeed. (refering about 1.4.1 more or less)

Wait, the new tank set will be for dps? But... but... devastator is already a dps set

The current Devastator is a mixed set. You have 2% melee crit, but you also have 1% block. You have roughly equal amounts of strength as you do toughness and wounds. The Duelist set for tanks is a DPS set, but the reworked Devastator is geared more specifically toward defense. If you want an even mix of both, you can either mix and match the sets, or you can buy one set and spec your tactics/renown/mastery for the other.

The current devastator is a tank set, although it does have some unwanted stats. The current iteration of Devastator has nothing to do with the new Devastator. For some Tanks, like the BO, the Devastator Set will remain the Tankset, while for other Tanks, like the Chosen, the new Duelist set is going to be more tanky.
