Error on 3.8 launcher
GOT THIS and only then give me isp error
About isp could it be a problem related to frame network 4.5? cos i experiment some problems with other programs that require frame network 2 or 4 and do not work with 4.5

I couldn't grab an SS of the screen going "cinematic black" then my OE cursor morphing to the WAR cursor, then a 'hiccup', then...

FYI: repeated this 3 times prior to using the 'AMD Gaming Evolved' app for taking SS. First two launches I disabled Windows Defender and SUPERAntiSpyware. All crashes appeared to be the same: looked like it was starting (launcher says 'connected') then the hiccups.

You seem to be missing the UserSettings.xml file in folder users and the client can't start without it. Why? Also I can't see anything from the images
Post thumbnails next time that lead to the full image.
