I encourage you to check out Reddit, where you can find evidence showing that NB is still being used in RoR today.

Naturally, I don't use it myself in RoR, as it violates the server rules and I have no desire to get banned. Fortunately, I record all my gaming sessions, so I can conclusively prove that I don't use it.
