None that I know of. But we are Dwarfs. We do things thoroughly.
Also the basic pictures were of another original picture extractor.

My guess is that it comes from pre-r40 blue oRvR bags which makes it kinda rare. Not sure if a 40 can find one of these in a bag.

P.S. Does anyone remember how did the dwarf 2h axe from the Lost Vale look? Scalebreaker Waraxe or smth like that.

Apparently it's a slayer-only Dwarf T4 influence reward. Checked the tome on my slayer and IB, the IB axe has a similar name but a different icon. For some reason I haven't picked the reward on the IB yet but I don't feel like taking that risk

According to the icon its the look #9 same as any random drop T4 greataxe (also the Badmoon Waraxe from the same influence should have loo #14, its also available from PvE influence rewards in T4)
