Client download issues and troubleshooting

I keep getting this,

Can someone please help? I have reinstalled and replaced files multiple times even after using the torrent and putting the launcher there and replacing it with the other version.
Update: Now I got the main menu to show up but nothing happens, the WAR and Warpath update along with the test patch all give me errors. And the same error keeps popping up.

Covered in the read or die sticky in technical support but what you need to do is the following:
You need to rebuild performance counters. How to manually rebuild performance counters:
1- Go to start, and type in the search box "cmd". Right click cmd, and run as administrator.
2- Type in the command console, "cd c:\windows\system32", and hit enter.
3- Then type "lodctr /r", and hit enter.

It will take a few seconds to perform the command.Performance counters should be rebuilt. Try starting the game again.

After a few tries I got it fixed thanks to your help. Praise Sigmar!

I have the game running now but when the main screen comes up no charectors or options besides the options, cinnematics etc comes up. Im not able to go any further because nothing else shows up.

Are you sure you downloaded the ror launcher and run that and not war.exe or warpatch.exe?

Right click WAR folder and go to properties and uncheck read only.

The launcher can't find War.exe. You need to put the RoR launcher inside the game folder.

Getting this as well, I searched this thread and found Elven post a link to an unpacked launcher, but the website it's uploaded to (pCloud) won't let me download the file due to "high traffic" and it's forcing me to make an account with a subscription plan to download.

I do not have the game folder.
I did try downloading from the torrent but I had the same problem.
