I don't see Spellbreaker having an absurd range...
Melee and Tanks affected, specially on SCs. In this game melee dps can reach anyone specially with all the order rkds. Why throw my Shammy hots on my mdps now? How can this not be a problem?

Tbh the absurd range was just the icing on the top for the class destroying kotbs ability, but lets see how it pans out on the slayer

It's not just a Shaman's hots- it also affects DoKs.
Zealots are mostly unaffected.

At least DoKs can gheal. I just hope it doesnt turn out like on live for Shamans.

No, as mentioned by peter. But in the case of double Magus aoe combo it could be considered to just have that itsy bitsy dps added, same for Seed that's not that great either.
Surging power is good for SVF and Havoc tree. Use with 3 sec cooldown tactic and interweave SVF between casts of other abilities. Or use with whither and boost dmg even further.

Like the game needs more m2 moral aoe bombing :/

This is a nerf to healing shamans no matter what the "absurd range" is. Slayers attack players that are being healed by shamans and will be able to strip their hots, so an indirect nerf to shaman healing. Is that the intention?
