It's not? The detaunt lasts 15 sec with same cooldown at enemies 20 ft around your target.

Hoeth is a self-cast ability. Rock 'Ard requires a melee target. That's why they have a discrepancy in range.

One requires the BO to hit something, the other one requires nothing from the SM.

Thanks for the ability to use another skills (Phos Shells) on the move...it's a very mobile battlefield and movement skills are great for an engi...cheers

Around 933 players online tonight and it's monday, I think you have the real feedback here about open zones.
Players online was only around 600, max 700 some weeks ago.
