Hello.
So i downloaded the new version of the launcher, and placed it into my WAR directory.
Installed every damn .Net 4 and update windows would give me.
When I open the launcher, it takes a while before actually opening.
From there it is a series of Not Responding, then Responding again, repeat.
I then get the following screen every time I run the launcher.
Please note the red block, it does not show the new launcher version so I am assuming the problem lies in that it does not update to the new launcher, why, is the problem i need help with.

This might not have any apparent relevance but, can you tell me what version of Internet Explorer you have? V 9 or what?
Also can you tell me your DEFAULT web brower?

unfortunately that did not work.
The launcher still does not show the new version, same as first stated.
