The Destro AH is nowhere near as bad as the Order AH. There's plenty of 19+ str talis for 40-50g destro AH.

There is simply more gold on the market than usual for a group of players.
There is only one permanent solution, disable all trading, then no further wipes are needed and found and abused exploits won't influence other players. ^^
