Return of Reckoning

Whenever i join a sc on destro as a healer (my preferred role) there's always like 3 other healers. So after its done I log on to a tank to be a team player and I'm the only one, the healers get ganged up on and people start dropping like flies (I'm swapping guard and taunting like crazy) people freak out because they don't have guard on them 100% of the time because I'm swapping to Order targets and I get demoralized and stop playing. It's a vicious cycle.
