Actually I think Mythic did an awsome job ballancing the game once they actually did so back in the end of 2009.
Once Bioware was brought in the game went down the drain ballance wise again, I don't think they grasped the concept of the ballance points for each realm fully tbh. But I can see why, coz it might not be that easy to see coz of tactics, abillties, morales being mirrored all over the place and not even on the same slots. Some tactics are mirrored as morales and some Morales are mirrored as abillties and it's often not even on the moast logical classss. But you can clearly see a theme they were goin with.

You often find tactics and morales that does the exact same things. But the effect of the morale is slightly higher, but also come with a 1min cooldown. The classes that have these morales often have a way increase their morale rates or have a class within their race that can do so. The other way this was ballanced was by giving those classes that didn't have very good morale rates better earlier morales. Theree's been a couple changes since then ofc. The moast game changing ones imo is the removal of the Morale tactic for DoK and giving Zealots the Ressist+Armor buff morale without doing anything about their tactic aswell as giving DoK Group Cleanse tactics, wich imo is really bad ballance choises.

This is why you can't really tamper to much Morale rates coz it effects the overal ballance of the game since the game is ballanced that way.

Tactics, Morales, Abillties and Classes are all in harmony with eachother (Or they should be when the game is ballanced) And if you screw to much with one of them you get someone singing out of key all the time.

So I don't want to necromancy this thread but the point of me re-bringing this up is... that the balance forums opened up.

Can I bring up what I stated in the original post of this thread to the balance forums? Really ONLY the original post and forget all the other crap brought up in the thread. Only the original first post and Exclude the magus changes I suggested besides the flip flop on mist and IFOC. The really important stuff is the correct morale gain and the specific morale's listed and the single target morale boost for dok's and AM's. The racial morale tactic doesn't really need to make a comeback. It would be nice but whatever. If the original post can be brought up... how should that be formatted?

There is a lot of material there and it is overarching. Each thing suggested has detailed explanations on why it should be that way. Again this is revamping and not adding anything really new. I really didn't invent this stuff. It existed in the game at one time but was able to be used in mixed groups which caused problems. My suggestions fix those issue's but maintain the racial synergy of those morale's. This is bringing back old stuff with a different design direction.

Addressing people against this racial group stuff.

Why be against this? Please don't hold my writing style/post history and persistence against this. There are many players that think this is cool and fun. It is not just me. What I wrote about is for all the dwarf guilds out there and High elf guilds and dark elf guilds and greenskin guilds and chaos guilds. A lot of people don't frequent the forums constantly. All this is doing is throwing them a bone. This racial group stuff is just straight up fun. Its fun to have a same race group that has its own unique play-style that is different then same old cookie cutter mixed group builds. You barely have to change anything. You just need the correct morale gain system and bring back the things I discussed in the original post. A lot of it is tied to morale's that not a lot of mixed groups use anyway.

Even if you don't think this is cool. Other players due think this is cool. Please don't exclude those players and further pick up the torch where likely bioware and EA left off.

your not going to have a real discussion going and make any potential changes that you want to see made to the game by posting here in general discussion
