I'am back (account created in 2014) and i have reset my password .

I have some troubles for login into the game

The first one had special characters in it and did not work.

If your new password is not updated on game server, you will receive this error message. If you can remember the old one, try using that. Otherwise, you'll have to wait most likely for the next server restart for the new password to replace the old one.

Thx for this quickly response, but i understand , i have also reset and change the password of my girl friend and she can login into the game .

so I will wait a server restart and pray for my character update .

Server restarts occur when there's a patch/hotfix or the gameplay is lagging beyond acceptable expectations. Last restart was yesterday, you can see when it was on the homepage.

But I just checked to make sure it is not read-only (schreibgeschützt, I am not sure about that translation...)
