Nobody has to do that. It usually means that the patcher can't detect the game and is reinstalling it from scratch.

This comes up a lot in the tech support forum. You should be able to find a solution there.

I don't want to be the one that **** all over your hard work, but your balance decision seem at best sycophantic with a lack of clear direction and at worst a bunch of amateurs making knee jerk reactions. It seems you are working without a design doc until you have one fully fleshed out with the roll of each class that you can share with the community you should refrain making anymore changes. This is a paradigm game and you have broke paradigm time and time again.
