Same sadness. Active participation in The Shadowlands sinse zone is open till zone lock. No RR for lock, no roll, no bags.

from last 3 locks, I didn't get any bag
my rolls were:
in eataine 281 and bonus for green bag 350
in Praag 185 and bonus for green bag 394
in reikland 453 and bonus for green bad 503

Won a Goldbag 04.05.2018 about 4:45 - 5:00 pm (GMT +3) but did not receive it in mail.

I played in Reikland several days ago and received a purple bag in the mail. However I can not actually pull the bag out of the mail. I can not even open the mail. I waited a few days and the server has been reset at least once since I received it. I still can't open the mail and retrieve my bag.
edit: Fixed with server patch reset. Thank you!

This seems to be server wide. No renown, no bag rolls. Personally in the zone for 3+ hours with hundred of kills. Was expecting a really nice bag. Though the renown for the kills was enough.
