I've got some video evidence from live with time stamp, that indicates it had no icd.

I know. I meant that he keeps saying it has an ICD when it does not. Torq has confirmed it does not have an icd. But I have seen roadkillrobin repost the "riposte has an icd" bit like half a dozen times now.

Ah no worries, I was worried I came off as saying the exact opposite of what I meant.

Ill test it properly when I get home, its really easy to do.
If im wrong i'll admit to it if i'm right i'll post evidence of it.

It have no ICD, does scale with STR, and unafected by +DMG mulipliers.
The last two should be switched imo.

It should scle with dmg multiplies like the rage mechanic or tactics like Loner/Taste of Blood.
It shouldn't really scale with STR. Or didn't do orignially.
