Spoiler:
Simply because 4% for BO is less than 200 pt of chosen.
BO has 60s.Tesq wrote:
Bo will generate morales after chosen and when both are used and they will have 60 sec CD, Bo will have 60+10 sec for generate morales which is just fine; Bo will use his one for 2nd.
stop complain my post in bad attempts never say to use both togheter i said when both get used they have forcefully a 60 sec CD while teorically the first time you can have 2x morals 4 ready before than 60 sec ..... also plain stated Bo will use his moral 4 for second man and not togheter.DefinitelyNotWingz wrote:BO has 60s.Tesq wrote:

2x M4 at the same time dont grant any benefit.
What you claim you have said:Tesq wrote:

Nope, the real cd is 60secs. No matter how you turn it after 60s you can cast the moral again.Tesq wrote:man really you are finicky, the coldown is 60 sec the real cd is 50 removing the effect , no chosen will reach that moral in 45 sec currently considering the low block value even under guard.
BO no way in 55 sec sy you are assuming it will be hit so much that the moral will build at max i take in account a margin of error and so tha's not possible for me.
wtf are you saying you are the one that bring this 50 sec cd with your first quote man....... in fact i talked about the full CD the whole time.....60 sec.DefinitelyNotWingz wrote:Nope, the real cd is 60secs. A chosen can reach m4 in even 36s.
BO might do it in 47s.
(not considering morale gain by weapons)
You can not betray math tesq. Not even you can do that.
Btw I doubt you calculated anything here.

Tbh it was not sth vague but sth completely wrong. Because of a misunderstanding on your side. BO has to get m4 in 60s or less if you want to maintain double m4 per minute, which is what the topic is about: double m4 per minute and theorycraft.Tesq wrote:man that post was done after your first quote get head of what you wrote i talked about 60 for most of part and talked about 50 cd cos you were finicky and again if someone gona hit you or your guard fully for 30 sec and you have 100% chance to block ye definetly.......stop theorycraft on this.
You just fell comfortable to pop in and make fuss anytimes i say something vague cos i dont wanna enter too much in the talk. Or just dropped a consideration. You are definelty one on the worst which someone can try to have a talk on the forum.
