BO has 60s just like chosen. (10s-70s timestamp)

appart write me 60sec CD -10 sec of effect use that of course is a total of 50 sec cd you will not be able to use Bo moral every 50/60 sec, the ammount he gain is not enough as the chosen and so it usually take 60+10 sec which was alredy wrote on the previusly post by shadowgurke; BO moral will take more to fill than chosen one.
Simply because 4% for BO is less than 200 pt of chosen.

stop complain my post in bad attempts never say to use both togheter i said when both get used they have forcefully a 60 sec CD while teorically the first time you can have 2x morals 4 ready before than 60 sec ..... also plain stated Bo will use his moral 4 for second man and not togheter.

Why this is wrong aswell:

Chosen can reach M4 in 45s with 0 moral gain from items. In order to use his m4 second, BO would need to get there in 55s. BO does NOT have those 70s you talked about.
Formular on demand but every can calculate themselves.

Nope, the real cd is 60secs. No matter how you turn it after 60s you can cast the moral again.
A chosen can reach m4 in even 36s.
BO might do it in 47s.
(not considering morale gain by weapons)

Tbh it was not sth vague but sth completely wrong. Because of a misunderstanding on your side. BO has to get m4 in 60s or less if you want to maintain double m4 per minute, which is what the topic is about: double m4 per minute and theorycraft.
I kinda hoped I could help you to get it right since I also used colours and offered the formular on demand. (in the end I even gave you an example:) )
