Azarael already said that he will not change it, not unil WL get something in exchange for it. I am more in fear what it could be than about pounce now. My magic eyes sees a 3 Sec. CD on Pounce, but Cooridnated Strike CD also reduced to 3 Sec. and AP reduced to 25ap while Pet summon has no CD anymore. Still able to jump Walls and mid-air. So its bettter to have a ultimate CC counter ability to compensate a not reliable pet than something worse.

It always can get worse -> spamable healing ability for kiteing DPS AMs

My advice is to join order, waiting times for SC are insane but you win mostly and have not to face unfair game balance.

Am i saying pounce is fine as it is? Maybe not, but you can't just change one class defining ability without looking at the rest of the abilities.

Fetch / TE shouldn't be able to grab players lower or high than you imo - same goes for rift / engi pull-thingy. Same with pounce. Jumping walls shouldn't be allowed.

Oh yeah and AM / Shammie has a spamable healing skill they can use on the run.

At 55 ap for a small hot you get to spam it 4 times. That requires a tactics to make it worth using which then cuts its healing to youself by 15% which in dps spec can be half a single tic of a lifetap dot. The same ability doesnt even go on my hotbar on my RP.

He asked for a spamable heal - they have it. Not saying it's good.

I use it from time to time on my RP - mainly when on the run. It's not good, but not bad either imo.

Luth is correct. This balance moderator still has a right to post his opinion in the forums and will continue to do so as long as i don't break forum rules.

However, I will tell you this: i won't be posting there, asking for buffs/nerfs/fixes. I will limit myself to moderating, so no one goes "booo hooo the balanced mod is influencing the thread!!!!!11". That's a decision i made several weeks ago. And that's the reason why you see me posting on several different threads regarding balance since i won't do it once the balance discussion forum opens.

OT: I don't know why people want this thread to be closed. This is the only place where you can use arguments like "Y is fine, stop whining".

Pencil, if that is the personal choice you have made then hats off to you and I will support you wherever I can and hope the other moderators follow suit. I do also agree with the others that moderators should also have a forum to voice their opinions and I do hope you will have one, whether that is a public forum or one behind the scenes with the Dev team.

Also, take note: that is a personal decision. It is entirely up to the other mods whether they post or not. If they do, they won't be breaking any rules. And as long as they follow the balance discussion rules, people will have to respect those posts. Disagree with them? sure. But don't even try using the "balance mod is influencing the discussion!" card.
