They added lotd items for sub40 players.
They.... you know where it is going. They had many good ideas but overlooked a lot negative side effects.
Dying is no option.

I remember the Shield Proc of the SM enchantment to be something over 800 at Rank 40.

It didn't have to be instacast. I realized of what I said yesterday. I meant it can be instacast or still keep the casting time but allow us to move without standing there like a idiot.
Or We can get instacast, but the AP cost will be higher than the casting version.
Also the Resummon ability is neat but it have issue with LOS. The range is way too short to make it useful. It is odd that Magus have the long range (I think 150 ft?) and Resummon should respect that range, not short like that. Also it have issue with repositioning. Sometime it just disappear which that need some fixing.
