on a more srs note: Euan, you are idd biased. i remember your posts regarding the balance in many topics. even when someone has proven you wrong multiple times you kept going. there is really no problem with having an own opinion, being wrong bc of lacking knowledge. everyone started... but if one is continually asking for buffs for the sake of himself without even trying to understand why others are disagreeing and ignoring all possible facts, idk m8. for me it looks like that this is all your own fault (once again). you should at least try to admit one time that YOU ARE THE REASON for all this and try to change yourself. i doubt it will happen but i am very pessimistic person anyway.

Not sure how this was meant, but for the record, I get on with almost everyone in the team, and having been in other teams which contained some really weird and/or obnoxious people, I can say that the RoR team is really very good. Many of the GM appointments were made via my recommendation.

I may make public criticisms of internal procedure, but I do this publicly because I feel it is the best way to keep the community appraised of what is going on and to facilitate change. Without the support of the community, I am but one man, and it is difficult for me to create change as one man. Such criticisms are not meant as disrespect or some kind of attack on team members, and (I hope) they do not jeopardize my relationship with the members in question.

Really appreciate how you do this as transparency seems to be something this community sorely needs. And yes one man would down trying to keep this community clean and well behaved

I don't disagree with you. The point is, when you work together with a group of people you can't bash each other publicly no matter how much you disagree with each other. IMO I don't understand why names keep getting thrown out there on this thread for the sake of a fight. You know that I hop back and forth between factions and I can tell you Github is very laid back (which I'm sure you know that as well), so when Euan posts silly things about him, then I'm obliged to make a comment.
