Now that server is online and we can play once more, many players may encounter that they can't log in due to the sheer number of new members.
I've created this topic to target these members and provide the information that they will need.
FOR NEW MEMBERS WHO CREATED AN ACCOUNT WHEN THE SERVER WAS DOWN:
Invalid username/password error:
If you are getting this error, this is because although your account was created on the forum, it's not been created on the game server. To fix this, simply go to User control panel and change your password in account settings. This will push your account to the game server.
NOTE: It may take some time to update if it doesn't instantly, so be patient.
FOR COMMON LAUNCHER ISSUES, CHECK THE FAQ TOPIC:

In the topic linked above, it will cover error messages related to "unathorised access", "performance counter" and "file not found" errors. Be sure to read the FAQ to find the solution.
If you are getting this error message:
Data.myp:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Warhams\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\mythloginserviceconfig.xml'.
Try replacing your launcher with this unpacked copy
For further support post below, but only doing so once you've done all the above.

Game loads then I am left with a blank black box where connecting, logging in etc usually are scrolled just before character selection. Any help?

Try replacing your Return of Reckoning launcher with this copy and replace your Data.myp.

Here is the error my son is getting:

Hello, I have downloading RoR + RoR Launcher. I put the launcher in to the WAR.EXE folder and i have take the folder not read only. I loged in and WaR works. Next time today War have a Authenication Fail. Anny time whos goes wrong?
Win 10 - updates
Avast antivir - on /off
Firewall - on / off
Router restart / Computer Restart
nothing helps
sorry 4 my eng its verry bad ....

You might have an application that is running at the same time that is causing conflict. Do you have any applications such as asus utility software (or anything similar to that) running?
Check them and try again.

No i havent. The Problem is Critcal Error - time is exceeded in authentication (10 sec after open WAR)
But by the 101 try , RoR works ... I dont understand that.
