Turkish language was never even added afaik.
Chinese im not sure about i think the game actually launched in Asia a bit later than rest of the world, but no idea if someone has those client files and if there is any additional language pack. There is Korean myp file but its incomplete afaik with no full voiceovers.

Are there any option to enable russian language in QUESTS? I have russian client but its incompatible with RoR

Unfortunately, enabling Russian language support in QUESTS might not be compatible with the RoR client at this time.
