Do not know if it has been mentioned in the past, or during this current situation, but why don't the devs just put vendors in the cities that have the best gear for the level for free, take as many gems as you can for free, etc., similar to the WoW Tournament Realms. That way PvP would always come down to skill and organization, never blaming it on gear or gold, and this also frees up the devs and GMs from ever having to worry about dupes again.

I do realize some players are truly interested in the PvE and crafting and not just in it as a gold making profession, but I would think the majority of players are here for the GvG and RvR.

Why would you even Exploit Gold? I mean pick up a profession.. farm mobs sell your crafts and the loot you get from the mobs. RvR, kick the other side's ass n hand in the kill quests. You'll get plenty of gold... R people really that lazy..

Someone wanted to get caught, clearly their actions of cleaning out the AH proves this. If 70 accounts got banned, someone in that 70 decided to have some "fun" at the rest of our expense. However, in a twisted way maybe we should be thanking him/her, otherwise the other 69 who did this just enough not to get caught would still be doing it.

I hope they do a wipe, it's the best way to solve the problem imho. Let people keep what items they have equpped, that'd be fair.
