Yes, it's reasonable to expect every single DPS to be guarded. Find a friendly tank and group, stop yoloing people and then complaining about your personal issues.

I ran it for 3 hours in an organized WB and never saw more than 3-4 ticks on my screen. It might do some damage when pushing a choke point in fort, but that's about it.
I was talking "in best possible case"....so usually will be worse...
Untrain and unslot the tactic like when was bugged is the best you can do.

Right know the range should be increased on order to buff as many groupmates as You can. Since on scenarios or 24s they are usually spread. Not talking about PUG WBs...

That's the best option for sure. It sucks because it helped chosen snb.
