Rolled a blue loot bag, did not receive it via mail. For whatever reason special/white/green lootbags always arrived the last days, but not so for the higher ones, see PS please

PS: On page 10 I posted that I did not receive a goldbag I rolled in Shadowlands, it still did not arrive after multiple server restarts.

Those bags were never rolled, it was a bug that got hotfixed over the weekend.

As some of you may or may not have noticed, last week I added extra logging on mails so we can easier track down any of these issues, if you get/got any bag mails not sent to you since last friday please post character name with date and time it happened so it can be used for cross referencing.

(also I can only check the logs after the server restarts as it will have a lock on the file as long as its running).

Won blue bag got around 2.2k renown for locking the zone +1k for keep.after I used book of binding to WC everything was gone the chest,roll etc. Nothing came to my mail.

Played at least 2 hours on and off in Praag, spent most of time defending BOs so a lot of slow times but tagged plenty of people that died and helped on keep siege. Got 3k+ renown for the zone flip, 1k+ for keep flip, modest contribution, and 10 medallions which are all things that I believe normally signify some contribution (I've gotten bags with less than 3k renown/10 medallions on the flip and just small contribution instead of medium) yet didn't get to roll on a normal bag, just the special bag. https://imgur.com/a/G9SoJ

i don't know whether this topic is still investigated or not, or if I was meant to open a new one, maybe Hargrim can clarify, because I have had a rather unexspected experience with my char Tamme yesterday.

Saturday evening I played in Ostland / Troll Country until Zone locked and then I switched to doing PQs (around 22:30 CEST i think) and some crafting. I left my wb and they switched to High Pass / Talabecland, but I did not enter RvR zone at all, just doing PQs in the area.

Now when I logged in yesterday I got a gold bag for locking High Pass / Talabecland, without even entering the zone. I must have left the wb way before they started contributing there.

I have no idea if this happened to anyone before, not complainig about it but thought you should know.

Ran around with a group for a while and managed to get plenty of kills, valiant effort. It said I won a green bag. Waited around for a little too long, no bag came. I log on later, still no bag.
