People that want to remove selected things added with late patches and change game back "to old days of glory" forget that : LOTS of other things changed too, things often get added for a reason and that rosy days weren't so rosy.

You forget that Mythic were well known for making changes with their heads in their asses, hence why the game died.

Balancing CC? For what? Ther current system works fine, and you may spend years for balancing, will you have the result? Yeah, you going to make some classes less playable, thats all. CW/RD is about small-scale fights, 1/1 and 2/1 fights, those who have CW/RD most likely wins, but even so with the help of Pots+detaunt+flee button every single SW i meet on my WE could turn the situation in a benefit for him, like only 2 of them actualy did, the others going to act some bitching on about "NERRF NERF RD NOT FAIR NERF I RUN I SHOT SHE DIDNT DIE WHY". Here are my arguments, put flee on you pannel, then put RD icon on Buffhead < use ap pot - enjoy win, ltp issue, and no need in years of balancing.

The story with WE and SW is only an example, every class has its counter play now, by reworking CW/RD you guys going to move current 1/1 meta, and its very fragile, and you have no idea how it works, and whats the most sad thing, you have no idea how it should work. So stop bitching please, bad casual SW will keep suffering from WE with CW/RD and a bag of pots, nothing goes wrong with that.

Their system of "class leads" aka "class shills", especially the genius BW lead... was a big part of it as well. To some extent I hope there isn't a major hindrance on lockouts for this server or we will see something similar for realm balance. If im for instance just gonna play destro why would I ever argue against pro destro arguments even if they are flat out stupid. And it doesn't take a genius to figure out which side has the most shills already on these forums.

Most post-WoW western MMORPGs and afaik Warhammer was no exception(correct me if I am wrong) were taking massive nose dives in customer size (and thus budgets, workers, future content and generally future in corproation plans) in during first few months after release.

Late patches after game is already stripped of resources, best employees move on and is not considered perspective by corporate don't matter much for product future.

What killed most of those 2007-2012 MMORPGs was that they often were incomplete inbalanced bugged piece of **** products released way too early, and not what several left coders left coded much later on for remaining hardcore fan playerbase.

2. Great to know that. Cause RD is 99.9% 1vs1 1vs2 or 3vs4 issue, lets be honest noone operating with RD even in 6vs6 or in 6vsX, not even a word about Open WB pugging with RD.

RD CW and the rest were Mythic giving up. They went down that road other lazy mmos have where abilities are open to all classes. That wasnt what war was. War wasnt about 1v1 but they went there due to lazy developing. 1.4 was a mess and you saw the largest pop drop since the early days. That was the final nail. Even player in my old guild that never came back still talk fondly of 1.3.6. Not because it was a great patch but because it was the last good state war was in.
