Nope. They were a joke after T1 level range was extended to 15, as the RvR bolster made you 5 levels higher than them. Just an oversight that was corrected.

Could someone please write guides on how to kill each Beastlord. Everytime I do a Hero parties keep wiping, hero keeps healing, one says don't use dots, the other says it's a dps race go use dots, and another says dont attack when you're dotted, etc.

Someone has been spamming no dots when fighting the bosses for a while. The only one that might be a thing for is Xaphan because of his flame shield (not sure if it reflects dot damage). Everything else you should be going all out on.
