runepriest buffs ALWAYS stayed on target even if changing groups or after an sc etc. anyone has video of that?
on logic: why should it have a 60 minute timer then?

are joke right?
make bw enter buff 2x slayer exit and then let em spam mean bw does not have a reson to be in party, it's just not only make whats better even better! is even a reason to use worst class good stuff
with out have worst class inside party.
1 slayer can't buff bw partys but bw can so just use 2x slayer or anyother class that can exploit this flaw to have an 3rd part out of party advantage.
it's calling exploiting at my house.
as i said: it dont say its a bad change, but its a change from live AFAIK.

because it's designed to last 60 min while playing TOGHETER that ppl not have FREE buff leave him out.
60 min is a standard value to not have to reapply buff. ( not angry at you but to those who had push for that implementation to exploit it)

there is no scenario lasting 60 minutes, or do you admit then buff didnt disapear after a sc?
what if you have buffed before the sc and then have to change group in the sc, the buff disapears again and has to be rebuffed.

Not scenarios but ORvR?
Recasting buffs from BW and RP and stuff is not a very time consuming proces....

buff disappered every time there was a party change so yes even after you joined a sc with your party you needed to refresh buff, they exatly worked as auras you need the core source of the buff ( the ppl that buffed you), you or him leave the party = loose the buff.
and i said it was changed around 1.4.0 to avoid this out of group advanatage.
anyway 60 min is for open rvr where you can't sit and have to refresha buff every 15 min, you usually do after 45-60 min the first time you go in wc.
These buff require 1-2 GCD to be apply =0,5-1 sec in total.
