Client download issues and troubleshooting

Norton really hates these launcher links both yours here and the main one , I don't get it at all , and I carnt find were to make Norton allow it ><

Google is your friend: Norton Exception.

Add the folder which the browser saves downloads to as an exception. That should stop Norton from throwing a hissy fit

ok cool that's sorted , got a new problem yay ^^ , sorry for being a pain , thanks so much for your help so far btw! so my new problem is that it loads the game up fine , np until it gets past the adverts of mythic and age of rekoning then the char creation screen pops up with terms of use accept buttons etc, then it just crashes and I go back to desktop with the game gone ;/

none at all , one min the game screen is there , the next it is gone and im back on desktop

I downloaded the game using utorrent then downloaded the launcher. When I click the launcher windows gives me the UAC screen and say that it is ok to run the game but then nothing.

BTW i found out why i couldn't find the file. the AV views the RaR launcher as a trojan make sure you put it on the gnore list and it was one the one in the main top thread for directfill downloader. now i have finding discount's on my pc and i cannont remove it. unless i buy spyhunter or malewayer remover.

The game probably didn't download correctly. Try downloading it again, using a different mirror.

I personally didn't experience this when I downloaded the file. Malwarebytes should allow you to scan and remove items without a licence purchase.
