Invalid Username/Password

I notice your account was created yesterday. Have you tried changing your password through the link "User control panel"?

There was a bug preventing new players from logging into the game server due to new accounts not being pushed. This has been fixed, and changing your password will resolve this.

i posted somewhere else in the forums , i tried alot of things before seeing this and i have to say that i still get the username/pass error. tried new account , reseted pass on both and still getting the error. any help would be nice.

edit: new password is all lower case and letters btw

I can confirm it works. I changed my pwd and worked immediately.

Good to hear. I've contacted all those who contacted me about this issue, but there are others who I don't know who have this issue.

Just make sure to change your password in User control panel at the top of the web page. It should instantly update your account on the game server, then you can log in and play.

Thanks for the reply! I managed to get back in about a day after. Really didn't wanna make a new account but was hard to wait, haha. Been playing a bunch! So good to see Warhammer alive again! Keep it up! Sounds like you guys figured it out now? Good luck!

Elven -- successfully changed pw in User Control Panel. I still cannot log into the launcher due an "Invalid User/Password" error. I have no special characters in either my pw or user name...

What else could be going on please?

I changed my password in the user profile and now I cant log into game even though I can log into the forums. Any help appreciated.
