Can all the DoT tactics for SM's crit and proc blurring shock?

Edit: Also, am I right in assuming that Wrath of Hoeth stacks with Heaven's Blade?

WoH and HB stack.
Only the first (instant) tick for Potent Enchantments can trigger BS. The regular ticks from EA, QI and CoT should not trigger Blurring Shock even when critting. Though all 4 dots have been altered (for the better imo) that I honestly cant say with 100% certainty anymore.

No, unless you're in a situation where you can take advantage of GL's indefensible damage(shield wall/confusing movements). You should have rather low weapon skill, using it for damage is almost always going to be less. Might be better if there is a clothie with morale armor debuff and another armor debuff on him but thats about it.

Dont know if anyone has tested this but do Vauls Buffer, Protection of Hoeth and Phantom Blade stack currently? On live when you had an absorb of 500, 300 and 200 up at the same time and you got hit by 400, the last 2 would dissapear and 100 absorb would remain (e.g. only the effect of the strongest absorb lasts). However back when when lvl cap was 32 on RoR they seemed to stack (e.g. 500+300+200-400=600 absorb remaining).

Why do they stack? Is there any reason why there is an exception made to "higher debuff applies"?

On a similar note, if stats are stolen with NB do they stack with other stat debuffs? Note that I've already checked if the stats gained stack with buffs and they do not (i test with a stat potion).

If they didnt stack Heavens Blade would make WoH almost pointless (it would end up being an ability that costs 55 ap, deals 120 damage and lowers ONLY spirit resistance by an additional 79).
