launcer seems work now, but is totaly black i just see connect button only, i manage with tab to putt my password ,i open game but is totaly black

its because DXVK is enabled.. check the first post on this same thread how to workaround the launcher black issue.. Also enable ESYNC from runner options for better perf

what GPU you have? if its older Intel IGP you might want to disable DXVK from the lutris config, as it doesnt work with it.

it should work with nvidia... hmm
you can try:

if that doesnt solve it either and you still have black screen. then something is probably broken with your nvidia drivers. maybe you are missing 32bit nvidia drivers or similar. Anyway try without DXVK

please dont post just full logs like that. put them into spoilers or into pastebin link
secondly it seems you dont have wineprefix made , using (~/.wine) and you also seem to have python errors.
since you are on system prefix instead of the warhammer one, i guess you are missing dotnet40 and d3dx9_34 is why it doesnt launch

winetricks --force dotnet40 d3dx9_34

will fix that.
i would still try from the scratch cause your game is not installed into correct prefix or something is messed with lutris. Check first post troubleshooting section if you run into troubles

EDIT: also please follow the installation video correctly. you seem to have not followed it correctly.
namely the part where you browse for the torrent downloaded files and set them as your installation medium. your seem to be copied manually without having any prefix
