Skrim is pointless to play unless you are a dedicated Assist bot to a more powerful DPS. The tree has no solid identity either which worsens it state.

Eh. SH is a lot better at kiting, but in SCs or head on battles RKD is definitely more useful.

QS has the same identity issue w/o the rkd to make going any higher than 11 points enticing.

Not going higher than 11 pts is actually the advantage, because you can spec the finisher in left path as well, something SW is lacking.

Another plus the SH have is not having to stance dance out of QS to use said finisher.

Well, I would think that those that picked the class to play it as rdps, not mdps, feels that especially damage is missing. Dps AMs feels like more of a threat than a SW in most cases for instance.
Amen to logic
Dps AM has more damage but much less CC. Both make a very nice duo.
2 aoe knockbacks, aoe slow, aoe detaunt, ST detaunt, AP drain. Much less cc you say?

Two of those things are actual CC but you forgot the silence.

Are you joking, no?
If this comment is serious, I can imagine why you made this thread.
Most of it isn't even CC or nobody specs it, because either bad or no mastery points.
You have 1 core aoe kb on 60sec cd.
You have to decide, either aoe snare puddle or 5sec silence.
The range aoe knockback is not used in any dps am spec. Small distance and 2sec cast time make it useless.
I won't bother to go into details of ap drain and detaunt, because you might know by now how foolish it was to even mention them, when talking about CC.
What CC SW got at their disposal?
Aoe snare self punt
Range snare
Range Silence
Melee Disarm
Range knockdown
Range knockback moral (usually not used)
Melee knockdown
Most of those tools are even possible in same spec.

The knockdowns are mutually exclusive. And stacking SW's list of CC to other classes is a little misleading in most cases because they cannot be synergized that well together (besides takedown and eye shot). But yea; still has better hard CC than AM for sure.
